Registered Customer Accounts

You may register as Lush Floristry Customer when placing an order online. As a registered Lush Floristry Customer you may update, edit or terminate your customer account at any time. You agree to maintain and update the information as supplied by yourself to ensure accuracy at all times. As a registered Lush Floristry' customer, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own membership account and password. You agree to take responsibility for all activities that occur under your membership account and password

Under no circumstances will Lush Floristry sell or receive payments or services for disclosing customer's personal information. Unless we are required by law to disclose such information Lush Floristry will not disclose personal information that may be given to us to any organisation or person outside of the company.

Lush Floristry customers have the right to remain anonymous except in those transactions (such as Credit Card or Account sales) where personal information is required to complete such transactions. In the case of floral or gift deliveries Lush Floristry will not disclose the sender information to the recipient unless specifically requested to do so by the customer.

Lush Floristry operates secure data networks that are designed to protect the customer's privacy and security.

Lush Floristry will do its best to ensure that any information provided by the customer and relating to the customer as an individual is held secure in a manner designed to protect information from internal and external access by anyone other than specifically authorised Lush Floristry staff. In the case of Lush Floristry holding personal information we will endeavour to keep the information as accurate and up to date as possible.

Credit Card Details: Collection and use of information

Your credit card transaction is performed safely through the ANZ e-gate system.

We do not collect personal information when you visit our site unless you place an order or contact us via our web-based email form.

When you place an order you will be asked for the following personal information: your name, email address, mailing address, delivery address and phone number, and credit card data.

We may share this information, and only that information which is absolutely necessary, with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your order. For example, the financial institution that issued your credit card and shipping carrier for delivery of your order.

We do not share, sell, rent or barter any identifiable personal information to any third party without your permission.

When you submit feedback or questions via email, we will request your name and email address. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiries.
